Pride of Holy Trinity Wall
Each week during our Lockdown Awards Assembly with Mrs Oliphant, parents and staff have the opportunity to send in the reasons they have been made extremely proud of their child/ren who is/are trying very hard and making them proud either at home or in school with their attitiude and efforts with their remote learning.
Please read the amazing nominations and comments we have recieved so far since we went into our second school closure during a National Lockdown in January 2021.
A huge thank you to all of our families for working so hard to support their children during this difficult time.
And children of Holy Trinity, keep on making us all proud of the wonderful people you are :-)
Mrs Oliphant
Class 8 - Megan - nominated by Miss Flynn - for getting to grips with new classmates, a new school and a new way of working.
Class 8 - George - nomimated by Mr Hoskins for working in the key worker group during the day then finishing his maths at home and uploading more in the evening.
Class 8 - Ibrahim - nomniated by Mr Hoskins for producing some fabulous English work. Whether the focus is reading or writing, your work is always superb.
Class 8 - Lorcan - nominated by him mum for using his own money to buy flowers for his grandparents, who were feeling low.
Class 8 - Finley - nominated by his mum for always getting on with his work and never complaining. He also helps to explain to his sister regarding her maths. He seems to have really understood his Algebra this week.
Class 8 - Lydia - nominated by Mr Hoskins & Mrs Baker for Responding to comments in maths and English.
Class 7 - Francis - nominated by his mum - for making her super pleased with how he is getting on with his maths learning at home.
Class 7 - Freya - nominated by her mum - for working together as team with Dionne to support each other with their work on Google Classroom.

Class 7 - Theo - nominated by his mum - for trying really hard with his newspaper report and working independently to complete the task.
Carys - Class 7 - nominated by her mum and dad - for organising a family film evening after a very busy week, which everyone enjoyed in the family enjoyed!
Ethan - Class 7 -nominated by his mum and dad - for being a good big brother and helping Helana with her school work while Dad is working from home and Mum is out at work.
Class 6 - Alex - nominated by Miss Flynn - for working hard in school and for contributing great ideas when discussing his work.
Class 6 - Aaron - nominated by Miss Flynn - for having a fantastic first week at school.
Class 6 - Blaise - nominated by his mum - for putting lots of effort into his work on for completing lots of reading.
Class 6 - Lewis - nominated by his mum - for working really hard in English and for putting lots of effort into his diary entry.
Class 6 - Lucy - nominated by Miss Flynn - for challenging herself with all of her online learning and for always putting lots of effort into her work.
Class 6 - Inayah has made herself proud this week by completing her maths independently. This has made mummy and Mrs Quinn proud too.
Class 6 - Oscar has made his mum proud this week by putting lots of effort into his RE learning and designing a fabulous stained-glass window.
Class 6 - Ridley has made Mrs Quinn proud this week by working hard in school with his online learning, especially this week's maths.
Class 6 - Amelia - nominated by Miss Flynn - for continuing to work super hard with her online learning and for thinking carefully when solving her maths problems.
Class 6 - Millie - nominated by her mum and Miss Flynn - for motivating herself to complete her online learning and participating in Joe Wicks workouts to help her burn some energy to enable her to focus on her work!
Class 6 - Ethan - nominated by Miss Flynn - for working really hard in school with all of his learning and for putting lots of effort into his handwriting.
Class 6 - Oliver - nominated by Miss Flynn - for working really hard on his online learning this week and keeping himself motivated to complete all of his work.
Class 4 - Annie - nominated by her mum - Annie managed to complete most of her maths independently. With some verbal cues she completed the worksheet really well. Mum was very proud of her effort 🙂
Class 4 - Jake - nominated by his mum - Mum was extra proud of Jake for how well he did on his maths home learning and how much he did. He has also done really well in English and he has been a star helping at home.
Class 4 - Helana - nominated by her mum - She has been trying so hard to keep going even though she is finding it really tough at the moment not being able to see everyone. She is trying so hard with her English and maths tasks.
Class 4 - Lilly - nominated by her mum - to say she is proud of her for how hard she is working on her reading and the fact that she's now moved up a book band level on Oxford Owl.
Class 3 - Kai - nominated by his mum - for being brave and helping his mum.
Class 2 - Valentinas - nominated by Miss Dunkling - for producing some fantastic work on Google classroom and working so hard at home.
Class 2 - Zachary - nominated by Mum and Dad- for being a superstar at his eye appointments and wearing his new glasses every day since he got them.
